ABOUT US 
We work from three basic principles: - Aynimundo only supports people taking initiative to improve their situation. The initiative may be small; the first steps taken may be very modest; but even if that is the case - Aynimundo supports the initiator to broaden his base in the neighbourhood.
- Aynimundo trusts the capacities of the inhabitants. They have managed to survive and have even gained some improvements under very harsh circumstances. They are realistic in their dreams for the future. They know better than we do what is most important to them. Aynimundo aims to foster settings where there is room for human development and self-realisation. The consequence is that the community sets the agenda, not Aynimundo.
- Aynimundo aims to strengthen the ties between Peru and Europe. The staff of Aynimundo is supported by a group of inspired volunteers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland - Aynimundo Europe - giving both moral and financial support. The members are active fundraisers, but also try to create bonds between European companies to related projects in Lima.
